Important Notes:

Payment Terms: After remitting the payment, bank receipt is required to get the formal invoice from the organizing committee. Your place at the event is not secure until payment has been received and is subject to cancellation if no payment has been received by the date of the event. 　

Accommodation: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee. Yet, a reduced corporate room rate will be offered at the hotel of this event.

Simultaneous Interpretation: (from Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the entire two-day event will be provided by a professional team of translators.

Cancellation & Substitution: Any cancellation that is received during 22 Aug. – 19 Sept., 2008 will bear 50% of the full liability. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 19 Sept., 2008. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
