Call For Paper

Authors are welcome to submit papers relating to the theme of the conference. If the abstract is accepted, the committee of the conference will notify the author by issuance of an invitation letter for the author to conduct an oral or poster presentation during the conference. After the acknowledgement of such invitation, the author is requested to submit full paper or presentation slides to the committee of the conference. The full paper will be posted on the website of the conference and will be printed and inserted into the conference book.

Submission period:  
23 May, 2009 – 10 July, 2009

Scope of topics:
authors are requested to submit abstracts following the topics indicated in the conference agenda; however, new ideas are always welcome with detailed backgrounds, references and the objective of the paper attached

Number of words in abstract:  
500 (approx.)

Language:  
only abstracts in English will be accepted

Format:  
abstracts and final papers must only be written in WORD (.doc); presentation slides must be written in POWERPOINT (.ppt)

Presentation preference: 
authors, whose paper is accepted, shall be invited for either oral or poster presentation; due to the limits of oral presentation slots, it shall be arranged in an early come early get manner

Terms & Conditions

By submitting the abstract, the author accepts the following conditions:

• The authors hold the copyright in respect of accepted abstracts and full papers; meanwhile, the committee of the conference reserves the right of publishing the paper in the bulletin of the conference website.
• By submitting the paper, the author declares that it has not  been and will not be published on any other occasion prior to the conference.
• All accepted papers will be published as part of the conference proceedings.
