Deepwater Southeast Asia Congress (DSAC) 2009 is a 2nd annual event with focus on the offshore market in the region of S.E. Asia. The event gathers major NOCs & IOCs active in the region to discuss the key issues facing the deepwater market place. The event achieved a great success in 2008 gathering 180+ delegates from 15+ countries around the world.

Despite the economic downturn in 2009, DSAC anticipates a major breakthrough in its scale. We expect a minimum 25% year-on-year growth for the total number of participants and we endeavor to cover a wider scope of offshore market place in Asia.
